VOXBONE is looking for a junior account manager to join its international sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming leads; provide customers with service information and quotations
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of Voxbone’s product portfolio and key benefits
- Ensure a professional handling of all customer enquiries and issues
- Build, develop and maintain sustainable business relationships
- Expand and promote the sales of Voxbone products in new or undeveloped markets
PROFILE:
- A degree-level education
- Very rigorous and accurate
- Thrives on working in a high growth environment with a passion for technology
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Team player
- You are fluent in English (written and oral)
- Additional languages are an asset
